Server is updated to 1.12.1

Hello everyone.

Updating server to latest version 1.12.1 was not an easy task. This time many plugins were broken and finding replacement or getting updated version took me longer than usually. I also implemented several changes to game play. Among them AFK kick is now completely disabled so server will no longer kick players who are away from keyboard longer than 15 minutes.

We also have new /ticket system, connected to MySQL so I don't need to check every server individually, but type commands in one location or console and see all of them in one page.

Essentials is updated to EssentialsX, new version of popular plugin because old one was abandoned and it caused errors in server log and made system laggy.

All servers now have similar welcome text, MOTD and greeting so players will feel more like changing server does not take you to the different setup

Server is now without errors and runs better than with older version. If you find something that does not work as it should, please let me know. Just create /ticket <message> and I will look what I can do.
