Yes this SkyBlock is for 1.13.x and testing has been started. Above is actual picture of first Island created. Server will not be available for players yet. More updates on this project will follow.

New Beginning has no known issues right now. I'm still missing some plugins and those will be added as soon as they are available: Admin Shops, Teleporters and Economy just to list most important ones.

Converting old worlds to 1.13.x is getting better but they still come out very laggy. I have not noticed any broken maps anymore but just walking thru short distance can be frustrating because map is rendering very slowly. More testing will be done before I start adding them to new setup.

HomeSpawnPlus is not going to be updated anymore, so I also need to find way to save your /home locations before I can move 907MC and Classic worlds to the new server.

SkyBlock will stay in old server longer than I though. The author of original plugin has dropped the support and he keeps telling that there is going to be new version available at the end of this year. I really hope that is true because right now, there is no alternative option to even start new SkyBlock with new plugin.
